The Roosterfish space at 8948 Santa Monica Blvd, on the corner of Robertson in the Rainbow District, has been listed for lease through CityStreet Commercial. No asking rent has been made public, and the listing doesn't say the bar is closing. The news comes after Roosterfish WeHo changed owners and announced a big makeover this spring, with a new mural, a five-foot disco ball and a patio. We'll keep you posted.

A New York judge sentenced Precious Arzuaga and Jennifer Quijano to life without parole for the torture and murder of Sam Nordquist. Nordquist was a 24-year-old trans man from Minnesota who was killed in 2025 after traveling to upstate New York. Cases against other defendants are still moving through the courts.
